“Consulting with ListingPoint allowed my sellers to list at an effective pricepoint. In fact, we got an offer well above the lender’s final appraised value.” DanReal Estate Agent Fullerton, CA
"The ListingPoint MLS Entry was the key to getting our home sold. With the low flat-fee structure, we were able to price our house aggressively and still attract traditional buyer's agents. For us, it was the perfect way to make the sale. In a tough market, we had the house under contract less than three weeks after ListingPoint created the MLS Entry." Steve D.Laguna Beach, CA

Because ListingPoint charges flat fee real estate services, rather than a percentage of your home’s selling price, our clients can save big money.
Traditionally, the seller will pay out 2 commissions:
3% to the Listing Agent for pricing, marketing, and negotiating the sale + 3% to the Buyer’s Agent for bringing a qualified buyer to the table
On a $500,000 home, the seller would pay out a total of $30,000 (6%) in real estate commissions.
The full service ListingPoint Premier package is a flat fee of $3,495. Sellers pay for our services through escrow when the property sells. There are no out-of-pocket expenses.
It is typically in a seller’s best interest to offer the buyer’s agent a traditional commission of 3% to bring qualified parties to the transaction. (ListingPoint will advise you what commissions are typical for your market area)
On a $500,000 transaction, a ListingPoint seller would pay out a total of $18,495 ($3,495 to ListingPoint + 3% to the Buyer’s Agent) for a total savings of $11,505.
This large reduction in the listing agent commission can help a seller price their property more competitively to get it sold faster, and keep more of their equity at closing.
ListingPoint helps our buyers save in 2 ways:
- ListingPoint will do a comprehensive online market analysis to help our buyers make an informed offer and negotiate a great price on their home
- ListingPoint rewards our clients with huge Home Buyer Rebates that average $10,000 or more when they utilize Online Home Search tools like ListingBook.
On a $500,000 home, where the seller is offering a 3% commission to the buyer’s agent, our seller will get a check for $10,005 at the close of escrow. You can use your rebate to pay closing costs, pay down your mortgage, furnish your new home, or just toss it in the bank.
