ListingPoint acknowledges the fiduciary responsibility we have with each of our clients. 

Because the efforts involved in our BPO process require ListingPoint to act objectively in interpreting market data, we cannot guaranty satisfaction with the findings of our research, as findings are based on market forces beyond the control of ListingPoint.

The BPO is a very detailed and thoughtful analysis of the market, requires considerable time and resources, and therefore is non-refundable on the basis of findings.

If after performing our BPO our client wishes not to proceed with ListingPoint in marketing and selling their home, they are free to walk away without further cost. 

If our client chooses to list with another broker and closes escrow on their home above our price recommendations within 60 days, we will refund the BPO fee in full.

ListingPoint only charges fees for services which have been rendered.

ListingPoint does not require any of our clients to market their home at a particular price, however, we do urge them to highly consider the recommendations we lay out in our Broker Price Opinion. After all, we work to read the market for your benefit. We do not take interest in anything other than supplying our clients with the very best information available, so they can make the best decisions possible.

Services rendered prior to the sale of the subject property will be billed as follows upon completion:

        1)   Broker Price Opinion - $450
        2)   Entry into the MLS - $250
        3)   Delivery of Home Marketing Bundle Pack - $295 

*Services which have not been completed shall not be billed.
